The Beal City Public Schools Board of Education has begun the process of selecting the next superintendent. The Board of Education will lead the selection process, with assistance from Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB). The search process includes focus groups with staff, parents, local organizations, and community members. These meetings will help identify the characteristics and attributes the community prioritizes for the next superintendent. Please see the focus group schedule posted on this website; your participation is important to this process. 

SURVEY: The Beal City Board of Education is interested in your input as they seek to hire a new superintendent. This survey is designed to gather your perceptions of the school district and the importance of various characteristics found in effective superintendents. The information will be used to determine the desired characteristics of the next superintendent. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
