MS/HS ANNOUNCEMENTS - 5/21/26
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO AVERY HARVEY AND COOPER SCARBROUGH! WE HOPE YOU BOTH HAVE A GREAT DAY!
The varsity baseball team won the Highland Conference last night, defeating Houghton Lake 15-0 and 16-0. In game one, Blake Walcutt (3-0) recorded the win. Spence Burmeister was 3-3 with a double and 4 RBI’s. Cuyler Smith was 2-2 with a triple and an RBI. Eric Elias was 2-2 with a double and 2 RBI’s. In game two, Jordan Weber (3-0) recorded the win pitching 4 ⅓ innings of no-hit baseball! Nole Theisen came in for the relief appearance. Danny Roggenbuck was 2-4 with a double and 3 RBI’s. Jordan Weber was 3-3 with an RBI. Braxton Butkovich was 2-3 and Matt Johnston added a double. The Aggies are now 26-7 and finished the conference at a perfect 14-0. Next up the Aggies take on Clare on Friday at 4:00 at CMU.
Graduation is tonight at 7:00 p.m. in the big gym. Graduates need to arrive no later than 6:30 p.m.
The Spanish Club is hosting an exam study night next Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in Seniora’s room. Everyone is welcome!
Reminder to the middle school students of the month - you have your pizza party in Ms. Polish’s room on Wednesday the 27th during your lunch time.
