5:30 - JV/Varsity Girl’s Basketball - Home against Houghton Lake
The varsity boys basketball team defeated Houghton Lake by the score of 63 to 33. The scoring was led by Cuyler with 18, Grady 14, and Gary had 8.
MS student council meeting today in Ms. Polish’s room during MS lunch.
Wellness Wednesday tip of the day: Mental health matters! If you’re feeling stressed, try journaling or talking with a trusted adult. Sometimes just talking through a problem with someone can make all the difference!
Students: Please stay off of the stage unless you are using that area to get to and from the weight room. We have robotics equipment in this area and we need to keep these items safe. Do not touch any of the robotics items when you are passing through.
It’s kindness Wednesday! Take a moment today to think of Kelly Schafer and do something kind for someone without being asked! Kindness is free…spread it around!
There is a get-well card for Lexi Fussman in the office for anyone who would like to sign it! Please stop by the office before school or during passing time to sign before the end of the day today.
Students: Please do not walk to the store in the morning after you are dropped off/get off the bus. Once you are at school, the closed campus rules apply and you are not allowed to leave school grounds. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action.
Our elementary staff is looking for volunteers to help decorate the hallways and classroom doors for reading month. If you would like to volunteer and get some community service hours, See Mrs. Hall to sign up. Decorating will take place March 2nd after school. Our elementary is also looking for volunteers to help with their Art Party on Tuesday, February 24th and Thursday, February 26th starting at 5:00. See Diane for more info!
Mr. Carter is launching a new segment for the Aggie Express called “Aggie Answers”. This segment will allow students to ask staff members questions regarding school policy, school history, interesting facts, etc. If you have a question you would like answered, stop by the office and drop your question in the box provided. Questions will be answered during an upcoming Aggie Express 2.0 edition.
