Last night the MS track team competed at Coleman and took home medals in nearly every events. Alden Zeien qualified for Megastar in long jump with a new PR, Conley Bland and Landyn Hadder each had PRs in the 800. Parker Fair placed and medaled in his long jump debut. Greg Martin had a PR in pole vault and Ryder Sternquist medaled in all 3 of his events. The regular season for track is complete now, great work this season, Aggies!
The girls Middle School Track & Field team had a great performance at the Coleman Invite yesterday. Highlights include: Olivia Krueger had a big PR in the 1 mile and medaled in all 3 events, Lily Wilson PRd and medaled in both the 100m and 200m, Carys Milett took 4th in the 200m hurdles, McKinley Neal placed 5th in shot put and 7th in high jump, Madalyn Finnerty took 2nd in the 70m, Aylin Reihl placed 7th in the 70m, Rylinn Pastotnik PRd and medaled in both long jump and the 200m, and Paris Knickerbocker finished 6th in the 400m.
NHS is hosting a blood drive tomorrow, Wednesday, May 21st from noon - 5:45 p.m. at the KC Hall. Students 16 and older who meet the minimum requirements are eligible to donate. See Ms. Gohs for more information.
Next year’s student council will be adding one new member to the current 9th, 10th and 11th grade classes and four new members to the current 8th grade class. If you are interested in joining student council, please see Mrs. Crowley.
