5:30 - Middle School Girls’ Basketball - Away against Evart - Bus departs at 4:15
The varsity boys’ basketball team earned its first conference championship in 33 years last Friday by defeating Houghton Lake by the score 75 to 32. The scoring was led by Drake with 23, Cuyler had 15 and Avery added 13. Great job, boys.
If you are in need of community service hours, please consider helping out in the concession stand Tuesday night for the home basketball games. Two volunteers are needed for the 3:30 - 5:00 shift. See Diane for instructions on how to sign up!
NHS middle school lock in forms are due Wednesday, March 4th.
There will be a book club meeting at 7:30 AM on Wednesday in the reset room.
There is a mandatory high school YIG meeting tomorrow, Tuesday during lunch to discuss final reminders for the conference.
6th - 8th grade boys interested in signing up for the Beal City Baseball camp can pick up a registration form in the office. The forms are due by March 11th. Cost is $30 and the camp will be held March 21st and 22nd from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Reminder: Sign ups for all spring sports are happening now on the athletic office window. Also, varsity track will have their first day of practice on March 9th at 3:10 in the big gym.
Our elementary staff is looking for volunteers to help decorate the hallways and classroom doors for reading month. If you would like to volunteer and get some community service hours, See Mrs. Hall to sign up. Decorating will take place March 2nd after school. Our elementary is also looking for volunteers to help with their Art Party on Tuesday, February 24th and Thursday, February 26th starting at 5:00. See Diane for more info!
