Detention today will be held in Mrs. Block’s room starting at 3:00.

Attention tech center students: If you would like to attend the battle of the classes assembly this afternoon, you are welcome to do so and are excused from your afternoon classes. If you want to attend, please let Diane know this morning so she can confirm transportation for you.

The girls middle school track & field team took 5th overall out of 9 at the conference championship meet yesterday. Medalists include: Cylie Tilmann won both the 200m and 400m, Reegan Higgins took 5th in the 200m hurdles, Madalyn Finnerty finished 4th in the 70m, Avery Schultz placed 3rd in shot put, and the 4x200m relay team of Madalyn Finnerty, Rylinn Pastotnik, Aylin Reihl, and Cylie Tilmann finished 2nd. Finally, after only one week of training with pole vault, Aloise DeVos and Tessa Goffnet tied for 5th jumping 5’ and Reegan Higgins placed 2nd jumping 6’3.

Last night the middle school track team competed at the highland conference championship. Noteworthy performances include: Sawyer Trommater taking 3rd in the 400, Landyn Hadder in the mile and 800, Alden Zeien took 2nd in the 70 and 3rd in 200 and long jump. The team of Baumann Brothers, Cole Millerov and Conley Bland had a PR in the 2-mile relay and placed 2nd. Grady Gatrell won the 55 hurdles and shot put. Liam Millerov medaled in both hurdles and Cole Millerov had PRs in two events and lastly, Ben Levesque had a 2.5 foot PR in shot put.
