In Middle School volleyball action last night the 7th grade team split 2-2 with the undefeated Evart Wildcats. The 8th grade squad won a best of 5 series against Evart, winning the final set 15-9. Great effort, Aggies!
Reminder that sign ups for Middle School Boys and Girls Basketball, Varsity Competitive Cheer, JV and Varsity Boys and JV and Varsity Girls Basketball are located on the Athletic Department window.
Parent/teacher conferences will be held tonight from 4:00-7:30 p.m. in the small gym. No school tomorrow, Friday the 10th.
If you are in need of volunteer or community service hours, we have a great opportunity coming up this weekend! We’ll be finishing up our landscaping project this Sunday, October 12th, beginning at 8:00 a.m. We’ll meet at the new Beal City welcome sign at the north end of town to get started. This is a great chance to give back to our community, earn some service hours, and make our school grounds look even better. If you are interested, please sign up in the middle/high school office by this Friday the 10th.
NHS is sponsoring a blood drive on Wednesday, October 15th from noon - 5:45 p.m. at the KC Hall in Beal City. Students who are 16 or older who meet the minimum requirements can donate with parent permission. See Ms. Gohs for more information.
Attention seniors: J.Ranck Electric is currently accepting applications for their skilled trades scholarship. Applications are due October 24th. See Diane or Mrs. Millerov for details on how to apply!
Community service opportunity: A local resident is looking for help with fall yard cleanup. This could be a community service opportunity, or you could receive payment for your time if you so choose. See Diane for more info!
