It was another great night for Beal City Middle School Volleyball! The 7th and 8th graders continued their winning streak tonight against Northern Michigan Christian, with both teams winning all four sets!

Mandatory MS YIG meeting during MS lunch tomorrow, Wednesday, in Mr. Clark’s room. There is also a MS YIG meeting Thursday at 7:30 a.m.

Yearbook club meeting tomorrow morning at 7:30 a.m. in Mrs. Rider's room.

Picture retake day is this Thursday starting at 8:00. We will be calling students out during first hour on Thursday.

The NHS Blood Drive is coming up this week on Wednesday, October 7th, running from 12:00 PM to 5:45 PM. By donating, you'll be directly helping save lives—plus, every donor will receive a $15 e-gift card! Also, a quick reminder for Seniors: if you donate at 4 blood drives throughout your high school career, you’ll earn an American Red Cross Honor Cord to wear at graduation. There are only 4 drives remaining this school year, so make sure to get signed up early. If you're interested in donating or have any questions, please see any NHS member or stop by Mrs. Block's room for more details.

Applications for a student leadership trip to New York are now available.  8 students and 2 chaperones will travel to New York on March 9-12 for a cultural and historical experience. If selected, students will be responsible for $350 towards the cost of the trip.  The remaining cost will be covered by a generous tribal grant..  Fundraising opportunities are available.  Students in grades 9-12 wishing to apply may pick up applications from the high school office.  Applications are due on October 14. 

Attention Sophomores attending the Career Fair field trip on Friday the 9th: Please remember to wear closed toed shoes. No sandals, skirts, dresses or long jewelry. Many booths are hands on and you will not be able to participate if you have any of these items on.  Lunch is NOT provided!  Please remember to bring your lunch, or if you indicated on your permission slip you need the school to provide lunch, you're all set.  If you don't remember if you signed up for a school sack lunch, please see Mrs. Millerov right away!  You are allowed and encouraged to bring your phone to this event.
