Board of Education

All Beal City Public Schools Board of Education Meetings are open to the public. Beal City Public Schools Board of Education meetings are in public, but not of the public. Public participation is available at each meeting with five minutes allotted to each individual and a maximum of 15 minutes, but the timeframe will be extended, if necessary, so that no one's right to address the Board will be denied.

Regular Board of Education Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Beal City Schools Media Center located at 3180 W. Beal City Road, Mount Pleasant, MI 48858. During these meetings, the Board of Education will take action regarding various items of the district. The Board of Education will also meet preceding each board meeting. Board work sessions are held to update Board of Education members on information pertinent to the school district. No official School Board action is taken at a Board work session. These meetings are held on the Monday before a Regular Meeting at 6:00 p.m.
