Beal City Public Schools Partners with Central Michigan University to Launch Cutting-Edge Anatomy & Physiology Course Using Virtual Reality

Beal City Public Schools is excited to announce a groundbreaking partnership with Central Michigan University that will bring immersive learning to local students through the power of virtual reality. Beginning this fall, Beal City students will have the opportunity to enroll in an Anatomy & Physiology course utilizing Meta Quest 3 headsets—an innovative approach that combines high-tech tools with hands-on learning.

The course will allow students to explore the human body in unprecedented detail, offering an engaging and interactive way to understand anatomy and how the body functions. In addition to the immersive learning experience, students will also have the opportunity to earn college credit through CMU, helping them jumpstart their post-secondary education while still in high school.

“We’re thrilled to bring this kind of forward-thinking education to Beal City,” said Jason Lundin, Superintendent of Beal City Public Schools. “Our students will be using some of the most advanced educational technology available, and we’re especially proud to have one of our own, Lynnsey Polish, leading the course.”

This partnership marks another step in Beal City’s continued efforts to expand academic opportunities and prepare students for the future. By combining expert instruction with leading-edge tools, Beal City Public Schools is committed to staying at the forefront of educational innovation!
