How to participate:

Prep for your donation: Drink plenty of water and eat a healthy, iron-rich meal before coming in. Save up to 15 minutes by visiting RedCrossBlood.org/RapidPass to complete your pre-donation reading and health history questions on the day of your appointment.
Bring a valid ID: (Driver's license, donor card, etc.)
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are highly recommended to ensure a smooth, quick donation process!
