Dear Beal City Families,
We are excited to announce that Beal City Public Schools is transitioning to FinalForms, a secure, online system that will simplify how families complete and update student information and required school forms.
Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, FinalForms will serve as the District's primary platform for completing and managing student paperwork. This includes forms used by our school offices for enrollment and annual student information, as well as forms required for students participating in school athletics.
What is FinalForms?
FinalForms is an online forms and data management system that allows parents and guardians:
Complete and sign required school forms electronically.
Update emergency contacts, medical information, and other important student information at any time during the school year.
Complete athletic participation forms without having to fill out duplicate paperwork.
Access your student's information from any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Because information is stored securely online, you only need to update forms when information changes or when annual forms require renewal.
Getting Started
On Friday, July 31, parents and guardians (with the exception of this year's enrolling kindergarten) will receive an email from FinalForms containing a personalized link to create or activate their account.
Once you receive the email, simply:
Click the link provided.
Create or activate your parent account.
Review and update your student's information.
Electronically sign the required forms.
*Incoming Kindergarten families, you will receive access by the second week of August.
If you have more than one student attending Beal City Public Schools, you will be able to manage all of your children through a single parent account. Again, this year's kindergarten will not yet be active.

Moving to FinalForms will help us:
Improve the accuracy of student records.
Reduce paper forms and repetitive paperwork.
Make it easier for families to keep information current throughout the year.
Streamline enrollment and athletic eligibility processes.
Improve communication between home and school.

We understand that transitioning to a new system can bring questions. Our office staff will be available to assist families who need help creating an account or completing the required forms. Additional information and instructions will also be provided when the activation email is sent.
