Beal City Public Schools is excited to officially introduce our refreshed district branding!

Our community has a long history of Aggie pride, and that pride has been at the heart of this project from the very beginning. While our visual identity is getting an update, the traditions, values, and sense of community that make Beal City special remain exactly the same.

One School. One Identity.

Over the years, different versions of our school logos have appeared across athletics, apparel, school materials, and district communications. The goal of this project was to bring those elements together into one cohesive, recognizable identity that represents Beal City Public Schools as a whole.

At the center of the updated branding is our Pegasus mascot, a familiar symbol of Aggie pride, now presented as part of a coordinated collection of official school graphics. The new branding includes updated Pegasus artwork, BC and Aggie A lettermarks, district and athletic wordmarks, and a consistent system of colors and typography. Together, these elements give our schools, teams, organizations, and community a unified look while still allowing flexibility for different uses.

Honoring Our Traditions

This project was never about replacing Beal City's history or changing who we are. Our school colors, Pegasus mascot, and the traditions that generations of Aggies have built remain an important part of our identity. Instead, this update gives us a refreshed way to represent that pride, both today and for years to come.

A Community Collaboration

The updated branding was developed in collaboration with Teamside Threads, a locally owned custom apparel and graphics business run by Nick and Amanda Steffke. Working alongside district leadership and representatives from the school community, Teamside Threads helped create a comprehensive collection of logos and brand guidelines designed to work across a wide range of applications, from school communications and athletics to apparel and signage.

Following the development and review process, the completed branding guidelines received final approval from the Beal City Public Schools Board of Education.

We appreciate everyone who contributed their time, ideas, and feedback throughout the process.

What Happens Next?

The updated branding will be introduced gradually across the district. You'll begin seeing the new graphics incorporated into social media, school communications, athletic materials, apparel, and other areas as new items are created and existing materials are replaced. There is no expectation that everything will change overnight. We recognize the investment already made in uniforms, signage, and other materials, and the transition will take place thoughtfully over time. Official logo files and branding resources will also be made available for free on our district webpage and shared with staff, school organizations, and vendors to help maintain a consistent look moving forward.

A New Chapter for Beal City

We're proud of the generations of students, staff, families, and community members who have helped shape Beal City Public Schools into what it is today. Our refreshed identity celebrates that history while looking ahead to the future.
