Hi, my name is Kristine Weis and I am teaching sixth, seventh, and eighth grade mathematics this year. Before switching to teaching Middle School in 2019 I taught at Carl D. Mayes Elementary, where I started teaching in 2004. Throughout those years, I had the pleasure to instruct third, fourth, fifth, and sixth graders. I am a graduate of Central Michigan University and hold a degree in Journalism/Advertising, along with my education degree. I am a native of Mt. Pleasant, where I live with my husband and family dog. We have one son who lives in Charleston, South Carolina, a daughter who lives in Phoenix, Arizona, and a younger daughter who atttends CMU. When not in the classroom, I spend a lot of my time at ball games. I love sports of all kinds, and even coached softball in the summer. I also love being outdoors and spending time with family. Working at Beal City Public Schools has truly been a great experience due to the wonderful students, parents, staff and the supportive community! I am looking forward to another super year!
