IMPORTANT NEWS from the Aggie Cafe:
Changes coming for school year 2022-2023
We regret to inform you that the government has cut the universal free meals for all students for the 2022-2023 school year. This means we will have paid, free and reduced meals again and you will need to fill out free/reduced applications before the end of September so your family can receive the proper benefit. Please set up an account with Family Portal, located on the food service page of our website, to fill out a paperless application as soon as possible so your student will qualify right from the beginning of the school year. Our meal prices for the 2022-2023 school year are as follows:
Breakfast is $2.25
Lunch is $4.00
Changes 2022-2023:
● No free meals for students.
● Breakfast is $2.25 and Lunch is $4.00.
● Families need to fill out free/reduced applications.
● No elementary breakfast in the classroom.
● Elementary will have 2 lunch options and 4 breakfast options
● Breakfast will still be grab n go in boats and brown lunch bags for all.
● No Styrofoam containers at lunch-real trays will be used for the main lunch options.
● All MS and HS students eating lunch in Cafe-No food allowed outside of Cafe.
● MS/HS will have 8 lunch options and 4 breakfast options.
● Students 6-12 can scan their ID card or use a keypad to type in their lunch number.
● Students K-5 will be in a classroom sale at the computer.
● Students will have an option to take a fruit or vegetable-can take both but must take one.
● Fruit/vegetable stand with extra options for 6-12.
● The Aggie Perk will be open for 9-12 students and adults from 7:40am-10:30am.
● We will have a selection of condiment options for students to take with their lunch.
● Milk MUST be taken by the student at the same time they grab their meal or they will be
charged extra for it.
