Mrs. Rachel Leff-Ewing
Mrs. Leff-Ewing – 2nd Grade
This is Mrs. Leff-Ewing’s 12th year teaching at Beal City. She has been teaching for 15 years.
She is excited to be teaching 2nd grade this year!
Mrs. Leff-Ewing received her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Central Michigan University.
She believes that every child can learn and deserves love and appreciation!
Mrs. Leff-Ewing is married to her wonderful husband, Wally, who is a teacher too! He loves to share music and living history with Mayes Elementary students!
Mrs. Leff-Ewing has two great step sons and daughter-in-laws, Nate (Patty) and Sam (Julia). They live in North Carolina and Germany!
Mrs. Leff-Ewing has an adorable dog named Jasper, a golden-retriever. He loves to visit school and is a big hit with all the boys and girls! She hopes to someday train him to be a therapy dog.
Mrs. Leff-Ewing has several hobbies and in her spare time she likes to make arts/crafts, scrapbook, canoe, kayak, and snowshoe. She also likes hiking, fishing, yoga, singing, spending time with family and friends, and traditional arts (music and dancing)!
Mrs. Leff-Ewing loves the small family like atmosphere at Beal City! She is glad to be part of the Aggie team!
