Ms. Courtright - 4th Grade
Welcome back to Beal City Schools. I am happy to announce that I will be teaching 4th grade this year. Fourth grade offers fantastic opportunities for all students. We will be taking a field trip early in the year to visit our state capital in Lansing. There, the students will learn about government. If you have never been to the capital, I encourage you to visit this historic place.
Also, at the end of the year, all fourth graders will have the chance to go to Camp Hay-a Wenta. This camp offers the students a chance to bond outside of school and creates lasting friendships. The camp has a zip line, 2 climbing towers, archery, campfires, and numerous team building skills.
This will be my fourth year at Beal City Schools.
I am very happy to be part of such a wonderful school and community.
A little about me:
* I Graduated from Central Michigan University with a B.A. in Elementary Education.
* I am currently working on my Masters Degree in Elementary Classroom Teaching from CMU.
* I enjoy watching football & baseball games.
* I love hunting, fishing, biking and camping.
*In the summer, I really enjoying canning fruits and vegetables from my garden.
* I also have a little hobby farm that includes beef cattle, chickens, a horse named "snuggles", and a dog named "Rascal"
