Have you ever seen a Beal City Middle Schooler long jump 19 feet 11 inches?  Neither had anyone else until last night when Braxton Butkovich took flight and set a school record.  While he lept to first place in long jump, Jarett Latham grabbed first in shot put, making his throwing debut.  Collin Gross snagged a win in the mile while Logan Funnell finished first in the 2-mile.  Aggies swept the 55 hurdles with Dylan and Grady taking top two while Sam and Ryan scored valuable team points.  The mile relay combination of Collin, Grady, Cam and Alden had a hard fought victory over Evart and completed the meet with a tough race, powering through the rain.  Nice season opener, Aggies!

Detention today is in the computer lab and tutoring is in Ms. Eddy’s room. Both begin at 3:00.

Next Friday, April 26th is “Drive your tractor to school day”! If you are of legal age and have access to a tractor, you are allowed to drive it to school on the 26th. Please park in the south west area of the parking lot.
