Jr. Sr. High Announcements 3-23-17

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MARISSA FUGATE AND KRISTEN COSTON! HAVE A GREAT DAY, LADIES!!

If anyone is interested in assisting with lights, sound, set-up, hair, make-up, ticket sales, etc. for the musical, "The 25 Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee", please see Ms. Holt ASAP!

Seniors: Please get your baby picture and senior picture to Mrs. Henry, Kenzie Schneider or Haley McMullen ASAP.

If you signed up for voc next year and haven't turned in your enrollment form to Mrs. Millerov, you need to get it in ASAP or you will NOT be schedule to attend next year! If I do not have them by next week you will NOT be scheduled for Voc!  

Juniors!  This weekend is your last chance to attend  SAT study sessions before your test day! Sign up on Mrs. Millerov's door if you plan to attend.

The JV/Varsity baseball team spaghetti dinner fundraiser is today at the KC Hall from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Plan on joining us for an awesome dinner!!

Students: If you plan to leave early for spring break next week, please stop in the office and pick up a pre-planned absence form ASAP.

Volleyball open gym for all freshmen, JV and varsity girls’ volleyball players will be held on Sundays from 5:00-6:30 in the big gym.

Please note the following important upcoming dates: Senior Portfolios due April 28th, Prom - April 29th, Baccalaureate/Senior Awards - May 18th at 7:00 p.m., Senior's last day of school - May 19th, Graduation - May 25th at 7:00 p.m.

A representative from Jostens is here today to deliver graduation announcements and cap & gown orders to seniors. You may pick them up now through high school lunch hour. Any balance still remaining must be paid at this time. Also, class ring orders can be turned in today as well.

Students: If you are in grades 9 through 11 and are interested in traveling to D.C. next year with the Close Up program, sign up in the office this week.  Detailed information will be emailed to you regarding prices and specifics about the program.  

Zonta Club of Mt. Pleasant is sponsoring two female high school students to attend the Inland Seas Young Women in STEM program this summer July 28 – 30th.  The tuition for this experience is $300 per student, paid for by the Zonta Club of Mt. Pleasant.  Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Charlevoix. See Diane in the high school office for an application for this exciting opportunity! Deadline to apply is April 21st.
